GENERALITATIES:<\/b><\/p>\n

Safety rules for activities:<\/b><\/p>\n

-Surfing and mountain biking (MTB) are extreme sports, practiced in a dynamic environment and sometimes powerful like the ocean or the mountain and accidents may happen because of the lack of distributive attention. During courses or excursions, permanent attention to the indications of the instructors or guides is necessary both during the theory\/preparation and practice stage. Maintaining the surf corridor is mandatory during surf courses as well as keeping the indicated path and speed\u00a0 for trekking or mountain bike routes.<\/span><\/p>\n

-The Agency is not responsible for accidents happening because of not following the instructor\u2019s indications. Participant\u2019s holding the surf corridor and keeping the paths and speeds for the trekking routes is not the guide\u2019s responsibility, if they do not pay attention or they don\u2019t stay close to the guide.<\/span><\/p>\n

-A leash has to be attached to the back leg during surf courses, before entering the water.<\/span><\/p>\n

-The surfboard should never be kept floating between the participants and the waves.<\/span><\/p>\n

-The surfboard should never be left out of hand while in the water, participants can let go of the boards only if they are sure that they don\u2019t endanger other surfers or swimmers in case the waves hit the surfboard.<\/span><\/p>\n

-The practice corridor should be maintained where the instructors point out. Because of strong currents or tide evolution, participants may be moved outside this corridor, in this case they should get out of the water, walk back on the shore towards the corridor, and enter again in front of the corridor.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Participants should take warmup and stretching seriously before any kind of activity in the water or on the mountain trails, as well as stretching after the activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Attention to the instructors and other participants should pe kept while in water or on mountain trails. Trails designated by the guides should be kept and in case of special needs as photos, resting and fiziological needs the participants have to anounce our guide to manage the pause time. There are dangers during the kayak trip like big boats sailing near our route, on mountain trails there are more sharp and sometimes slippery rocks outside our paths, and while surfing there are the rip currents, other schools and the reef to be watched out.<\/span><\/p>\n

-During surfing, participants should not take position in front of other surfers or other courses participants, they should stay in line to each other, with 1,5-2m spaces between them.<\/span><\/p>\n

-While surfing, before trying to take off on a wave, pay attention at the incoming wave towards your back so that no surfer or other participant has already taken that wave, and don\u2019t go in that wave, or you might get hit by the surfer\u2019s board.<\/span><\/p>\n

-While trying to paddle in for a wave and you see surfers or other courses participants in front of you, shout out to them that you are coming, so they raise their awareness.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0-The group surf course is held by a team of instructors, so in case participants don\u2019t understand something you can ask the instructors for more details, because they can give you important dedicated tips.<\/span><\/p>\n

-During the surf classes, according to the progress of the group, our team of instructors can split the group into subgroups based on their experience levels and skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

Timing:<\/b><\/p>\n

-The starting time for surf courses, kayak adventure or trekking is especially chosen by the guides\/instructors for keeping your safety and according to the meteo\/oceanographic conditions like clouds, winds, tides and beach conditions like other surfschools organization. The activity starts at the designated time and place, so we can\u2019t delay the start if participants are late. Sometimes routes are chosen to have special timing with specific locations during that route, like sunsets in a specific spot, or dolphins feeding from the fishing farms. In case of participants not arriving at the designated time, the paid reservation is not returned.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation policy for one day activities:<\/b><\/p>\n

-During days when conditions don\u2019t allow surf courses because of strong currents\/waves or rarely because of the lack of waves, we organize other similar activities where participants can attend instead of the surfing course, or their paid reservation can be returned if they do not want to reprogram the activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Daca o activitate achizitionata se anuleaza sau se reprogrameaza din cauza neindeplinirii conditiilor de grup minim sau a conditiilor meteo, participantii care au achitat rezervarea pot cere returnarea banilor, sau pot opta pentru reprogramarea facuta de noi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation policies for packages<\/b><\/p>\n

-If an activity package is purchased (eg Surf Courses) and during that schedule we are reprogramming the activity, the paid reservation cannot be partially nor fully returned to the participants, they have to attend when we reprogram the activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

– If an activity package is purchased, and during that package an activity can\u2019t be organized because of the meteo conditions, we are organizing a similar activity instead (Eg Surfskate class, or SUP tours instead of surf class), so participants are entitled to attend this new activity, or they can wait for when the next package activity is possible to reprogram.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

-During breaks or at the end of the courses, boards should be deposited in the spots designated by the instructors because tides are constantly changing, or in the surf school, according to the instructor\u2019s indications.<\/span><\/p>\n

-It is forbidden to sit on the reef while wearing the wetsuit, and it is forbidden to sit on top of a surfboard laying on the reef, because this can damage the equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

-At the end of the surf class, surfboards are rinsed, and carried to the transport vehicle, surf school or surf camp without sand.<\/span><\/p>\n

-carrying the surfboard by the leash while walking on the sand or reef is forbidden. The board is carried below one arm, on the head, or on the hips. If it is too difficult, 2 persons can carry 2 boards according to the instructor\u2019s indications.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Damage to the bikes during mountain biking is the responsibility of the participant if they were not used according to the instructor\u2019s indications or according to the purpose of the excursion.<\/span><\/p>\n
